Jobs in Therapy in London, Ontario

Bold Lotus Trauma Therapy is a growing group practice in London, Ontario built on one core belief: that therapists do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and genuinely free to show up as themselves. If you are a trauma-informed clinician ready to grow alongside a team that challenges the status quo and actually has your back, we want to hear from you.

What It Actually Feels Like To Work Here

We will skip the corporate talking points. The real culture at Bold Lotus is built on radical authenticity, continuous growth, and a shared passion for doing things differently. There is no stuffy hierarchy here. We show up as whole, imperfect, deeply human clinicians who back each other up, share resources freely, and hold space for each other the same way we hold it for our clients.

Working here means you will be challenged to look at mental health through a systemic, anti-oppressive lens. It also means you will never feel like you are figuring it out alone.
