My Story

I am a registered social worker (RSW), holding an Honours Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from King’s University College at Western University. I have over four years of experience in human services settings, including community health, intensive treatment, and child and youth mental health. I have received specialized training in areas of attachment, developmental trauma, and brief therapeutic modalities.

I am passionate about working alongside children and adolescents who are seeking support navigating mental health and/or relational challenges. I believe that social support plays a vital role in well-being, and therefore seek to create opportunities for collaboration with individuals and their families. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space for folks of all gender identities.

My approach to therapy stems from values of empathy and authenticity, which I strive to uphold in both professional and personal relationships. I work from a strengths-based, trauma informed framework and am committed to anti-oppressive practice. I offer an individualized approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities. In our work together, my goal is to uncover your unique strengths and empower you with tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Outside of my work, I am passionate about fostering creativity and connection to nature. I can often be found exploring beaches and hiking trails, or taking on new arts-based projects. An avid learner, I am continuously engaging in training and self-study opportunities.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

We acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Attawandaron, Anishinaabeg, Haudenosaunee, and Lunaapeewak peoples who have longstanding relationships to the land, water and region of southwestern Ontario. The local First Nation communities of this area include Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, Oneida Nation of the Thames, and Munsee-Delaware Nation. Additionally,  there is a growing urban Indigenous population who make the City of London home. We value the significant historical and contemporary contributions of local and regional First Nations of Turtle Island (North America).
